   If you would like to check out late, we also recommend informing the hotel at the time of booking to inquire about the possibility. If approved by the hotel, a fee will generally apply (Fee: $12 USD per room per hour).

1. Cancellation: To cancel a reservation, please notify us by phone or email at least three days prior to your check-in date.
2. Refund of Deposit:
   • For cancellations made more than three days prior to check-in, the full deposit will be refunded.
   • For cancellations made within three days of check-in, the first night's stay will be charged.
   • For cancellations made on the day of check-in or no-shows, the deposit will not be refunded.
   • Once you have checked in, no changes to your reservation or refunds can be made.
3. Force Majeure:
   • In the event of a force majeure event (such as natural disasters, epidemics, etc.) that prevents us from providing accommodation services, both parties may agree to cancel the reservation and the full deposit will be refunded.

   The full room charge will be immediately deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please ensure that the credit card information is correct to avoid cancellation of your reservation.

2. On-site Payment:
   • You may choose to pay upon check-in using Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or cash.
   • Please bring the same credit card used for the reservation and present a valid ID for verification.

1. Minimum Age: To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we regret that children under the age of 4 are unable to stay at our hotel.
2. Complimentary Stay: Children aged 6 and under may stay for free in the same room as their parents when not requiring an extra bed.

We offer a complimentary luggage storage service to allow you to explore the surrounding area with ease. Service hours: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. To ensure the safety of your belongings, please collect your luggage before 9:00 PM on your check-out day.

• We offer a package receiving service for pre-paid packages.
• Please inform us of your shipping details (including the shipping company and tracking number) via email or phone prior to your arrival. Please ensure that your reservation confirmation name is clearly indicated on the package.
• Upon arrival, please present your identification at the front desk to claim your package.

To maintain a clean and healthy environment, smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and balconies. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to a fine of $200.
